Learning the hows and whys of starting or continuing a meditation practice and the freedom that comes from the practice.
I began meditating about ten years ago, dabbling with it here and there. I never felt like I was doing it quite “right” at the time. I didn’t get serious about meditating until almost 6 years ago. I had been through a significant trauma and I found meditating to be the only time I felt some peace. Now I meditate every day and it has changed my life in more ways than I can explain.
Now I would love to teach others how to get started in this wonderful practice. I was on my own, having only the help of books, when I got started. When I felt confused or discouraged, I would have loved to have a teacher to help me with support and to answer questions. Please allow me to be that gentle encouragement and support for you as you begin or expand your own practice.
In this teleclass you will learn:
All you need is yourself, a comfy place to sit or lie down and a desire to meditate! This will be easy, fun and informative. This class is for everyone--children, adults and seniors. You may find a candle helpful, but it’s not necessary.
I will be accepting ten students for this teleclass, which will run two consecutive weeks, for one hour each session. The audio will be available for download 24 hours after each class, so you can listen to it as often as you like. Included in the class will be at least one free guided meditation for download.
Class dates: November 9 & 16, 2013
Class times: 2:00 PM CST
To enroll, please send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and email address. Payment is through Paypal using this same address.
I look forward to working with you!
